HOW DOES A SESSION
TAKE PLACE?
Surf lessons take place during low tide times for greater safety.
Each lesson begins with a short warm-up of 5 to 10 minutes. It is extremely important to warm up well to avoid injury.
The instructors will explain to you how to read the water and the currents to better understand the waves!
They will teach you the basics of surfing, paddling techniques, and safety. Then you will go into the water to put into practice what you have learned.
The instructors will supervise you in the water throughout the duration of the course. In addition, they will provide you with advice and assistance to catch as many waves as possible!
