We offer simple introductions to advanced courses.

The first surf lesson is an initiation, a gentle introduction.

After a short 5-10 minute warm-up, you'll learn to read the water, the waves and the currents. Unlike other courses, you'll learn to ride the waves using only your body - this is called bodysurfing.

Depending on the conditions, you may have to perform this exercise lying on the plank...

Each lesson starts with instructions on the beach, where our instructors will teach you the basics of surfing, paddling techniques and safety. Then you'll head out into the water to put what you've learned into practice.
The duration varies according to the programme, but most of our lessons last around 1h30. This includes time on the beach for instruction and time in the water for practice.

Our school offers beginners', intermediate and advanced surfing and bodyboarding courses. Beginners are welcome.

The sea conditions in which you surf are of course adapted to your level. We divide you into groups according to your level.

From a simple 3-course package to an intensive week-long course.
