We offer simple introductions to advanced courses.

The first surf lesson is an initiation, a gentle introduction.

After a short 5-10 minute warm-up, you'll learn to read the water, the waves and the currents. Unlike other courses, you'll learn to ride the waves using only your body - this is called bodysurfing.

Depending on the conditions, you may have to perform this exercise lying on the plank...

Each lesson starts with instructions on the beach, where our instructors will teach you the basics of surfing, paddling techniques and safety. Then you'll head out into the water to put what you've learned into practice.

The duration varies according to the programme, but most of our lessons last around 1h30. This includes time on the beach for instruction and time in the water for practice.

Our school offers beginners', intermediate and advanced surfing and bodyboarding courses. Beginners are welcome.

The sea conditions in which you surf are of course adapted to your level. We divide you into groups according to your level.

De la simple formule de 3 cours au stage intensif d’une semaine.

There's no age limit (fortunately), we have equipment that's adapted and evolving, depending on your physical condition.

We offer both options. Group lessons are ideal for those who want to share the experience, while private lessons offer individual attention.

Check the Biarritz tide times here.

Watch out for the incoming tide, and don't let yourself get carried away. At high tide, the waves crash against the rocks and it can be very dangerous to get out of the water.

This beach is unique in that it is completely covered at high tide, but also has the largest surface area at low tide...
